• Physicals for 2024-25 year

  • May 1, 2024 is the first day players can get a physical that will count towards the 2024-25 school year​

• 2024-25 School Year Courses

  • We recommend that our student-athletes (10-12 grade) enroll in Advanced PE​

  • Will help student-athletes reduce the "revolving door strength" challenge

• 2024 Season Equipment Checkout

  • Week of May 20 will be equipment checkout​

  • Player were notified via Hudl messaging about equipment checkout

  • We will start with players that are attending the UNK FB Camp

• Freshman Hudl and Team Nation Sign Up

  • Freshman will be contacted soon regarding a Hudl & Team Nation sign up process​

  • Planning to have a night to sign up and walk thru both platforms for the freshman

• Non KCHS Camp we plan to attend as a team

  • UNK Full Contact FB Camp​

    • June 9-11 ​

    • $130 Commuter Rate

    • Players will sign up at the website below

• 2024 Summer Strength & Conditioning

  • Starting on May 28​

  • 4 day per week program (Monday-Thursday)

    • Week 1 will be Tuesday-Friday due to Memorial Day​

    • Monday thru Thursday after week 1

  • Promoting that football team members attend the 6 am session

  • Week of May 20 will likely be a testing week to establish baseline

• KCHS Team Camp

  • Week of July 8= Offensive Install​

  • Week of July 15= Defensive Install

  • Cost= $50 per player
